Everyone experiencing the “struggle” of trying to integrate into new surroundings, knows it is an adventurous and challenging journey. On their own paths the founders realized: at heart, all of us are the same, worry about equal things, strive to be liked and appreciated, love to have a sense of belonging and contribute to the community we live in.
Our experience shows, it is well worth to overcome the maybe difficult beginning, be it the integration process in a diverse team or start in a new culture, with open hearted respect for anything different. This approach is found in our “ji-factor”.
Many say respect is something one has to earn. Yet, how do you earn respect? Everyone has different expectations concerning who deserves respect and who does not. In our journey so far we learned treating everyone initially with respect opens doors, minds and hearts, increases understanding, helpfulness and solution orientation.
Therefore, we try our very best all the time to treat everyone with respect, integrate this with the “ji-factor” in all our work strongly believing it is the first step to solve any issue at hand.
“Wise men try to express their appreciation and gratitude by some return of kindness, not only to their benefactor, but to everyone else.” (Gautama Buddha)
Everyone has a special talent, something valuable to contribute and is important –it requires be seen and the right niche discovered. A simple “Thank you!” combined with a smile from someone we want to please makes the day a touch brighter. Furthermore, it motivates to do even better.
Being appreciative in a fast changing world is a life long journey we too try to master on a daily basis. This is another important part in all our workshops, trainings and coachings.
